Abeshas Against Sugar Sus

To curb sugar cravings:
Eat your favorite non- carb spicy food
Fill up on non-sugar dishes, snacks
Occupy yourself with interesting activities - reading if you are a reader
a tv show, a phone call to your best friend
Exercise
Don't keep sweets at home
Don't bake cakes or cookies
Keep in mind that:
Sugar makes you fat
Decays your teeth
Can cause diabetics
